Card Report

Card Report

This feature allows you to find all Laundry Cards, or Mobile Accounts, associated with your location, that are currently active.
You'll find this report in the last line of the Reports tab, on the right hand side of the Portal as shown below, circled in red:



Once you're on the Card Report page, you will be presented with the following screen:



Using the Card Report:

The card report page will present you with different filters, and check boxes, that you can use to narrow your scope on the types of customer/management accounts that this report will search for.
Setup the filters for the type of search you want to conduct, and then click the Run Report button to have the system generate the report.

Last Usage: You can select a date, and then toggle between seeing only cards that were last used Any Time, Before, On, or After the specified date.

Account Type: You can filter out cards, based on their type, by toggling between Any cards, all Users, only Mobile Users, only Card Users, only Management cards, and only Collection cards.

Selecting a check box that says "Account must..." will limit the report to only pulling accounts that match this criteria.

Selecting a check box that starts with "Include..." will add additional columns, to the report that get's generated, that will include the information described by the check box.

Once you've setup your filters, click the Run Report button and waited for the report to be generate.
Depending on the volume of customers you server, and the filters you've selected, the system may take a few minutes to generate the report.
Once the system is finished, you will be presented with the generated report:



This screen will show you all of the cards that have been active in your location, based on the date(s) you've filtered for.
You'll get a breakdown of the cards found that match your filter criteria; as well as the Total Balance (Float) value of all the cards included in this report.

Clicking on any of the card numbers will give you more details about that specific card, by taking you to the Card Tracker page for that specific card.

Common Usage of the Card Report:

The most common usage of the card report is to retrieve a full list of all of your registered customers, or to get a full list of all the Management Cards associated with your store.

Exporting Your Generated Card Report:

You can export any generated Card Report by simply clicking on the Export button in the Accounts Report header:


This will prompt the system to download a copy of this report as a .CSV file.
You can then import this .CSV file into excel or google sheets if you want to do any additional sorting on this report.
The .CSV file can also be used with a 3rd party marketing service in order to send mass promotional emails to your customers.
