Selling a Store - Change of Ownership
If you are selling a business with the Laundroworks system installed, please complete the Laundroworks Change of Ownership form at least 1 week before the sale legally closes.
This lead time allows the Laundroworks team to prepare the transition and avoid any interruption in service, as well as delays or errors in payments.
Either the Seller or the Buyer can complete this form, but it is important that ALL information is accurate, and the form is submitted only once.
Once submitted, both the buyer and seller will receive a copy of the submission via email, and the Laundroworks team can begin the transition process.
