Selling a Store - Change of Ownership

If you are buying/selling a business with the Laundroworks system installed, or if you're buying/selling the Laundroworks VAC kiosk(s) and Card Readers from a store (and this equipment will then be installed elsewhere) please complete our Laundroworks Change of Ownership form at least 1 week before the sale legally closes.

This lead time allows the Laundroworks team to prepare the transition and avoid any interruption in service, as well as delays or errors in payments.

Either the Seller or the Buyer can complete this form, but it is important that ALL information is accurate, and the form is submitted only once.

Once submitted, both the buyer and seller will receive a copy of the submission via email, and the Laundroworks team can begin the transition process.

Filling out this form allows our team to review the current Laundroworks account to see what would be required in order to move the equipment from it's current registered Laundroworks account, over to a new/existing Laundroworks account;

as well as what would be required in order to setup the VAC kiosk's credit/debit card payments (if applicable) so that credit/debit card payments processed by the VAC kiosk(s) are directly into the new owner's preferred bank account.
