Portal Access Users


You can create additional accounts with different access levels and location restrictions (if you operate multiple locations).  
To access the users page, click on Users on the left hand side of your portal Admin page as circled below in Red:




To create a new user:
click on + Add New User as circled above in Blue.
then enter a user account name under the Login field
select an Access level, and create a password for this account
then click Save at the bottom of the page.



To change an existing user's password:
click the pencil icon  for the specific user login
enter your new password into the Password and Confirm Password fields
then click Save at the bottom of the page:



To delete an existing user account:
From the Users screen, click on the X icon  next to the specific user login account you want to delete.
This will immediately delete that access account from the system.

Creating New Users

Only Administrative Access users can create additional user accounts for the Portal. On the Add new Users page, you can simply input your preferred username and password, the level of Access and the location(s) you want that particular user to have access to in case you have multiple locations. The Name and Email fields are optional as shown below:




Email Notification Settings

You can setup your Laundro Portal access account so that you receive email alerts if the system detects an issue.
To Setup these alerts, or change your notification preferences, navigate to the Notification Settings on the left side of the Laundro Portal:


From here, you can select what types of errors will send you an email notification:

NoteOnly 1 email address can be provided per Laundro Portal Account.
Only Admin Laundro Portal accounts have the ability to receive notification emails from our system.


User Access Permissions

As an Administrative user, you can create additional user accounts for the Portal.

Each user account can have varying Access Levels, which control what the user can/see and do. You can also specify the laundry locations to which that user has access.


Access Level
Description
Admin
Can see and do everything, including adding value to cards and changing sensitive system parameters like vend prices
All
Same as ADMIN but without the ability to change system parameters. Note that it does have the ability to add value to laundry cards
Viewer
Can only see data. No ability to add value or change parameters.
Viewer MCU
Can only see data related from the readers on laundry machines (Cycle revenue and cycles). No data from the Value Add Center kiosk is shown. 
Viewer Date Limited
Can only see recent data for past couple days, restricted from viewing historical data.
Attendant 
No ability to change system parameters. Can add value to cards and access the Point of Sale Page. This is intended for laundromat attendants/staff
Card Tracker only
A limited version of the Attendant access level. Can only access the Card Tracker to see usage history.
Technician
Can only see equipment statuses. No transaction reports.  Cannot change any system parameters
