This article contains information on how you can access an online portal which can be used to check things related to your Fortis merchant account.
We recommend setting up your access as you may sometimes need to check on the payment processor's side of things, especially when doing things related to refunding value directly to a customer's credit/debit card, or checking things related to any chargeback claims.

Commerce Control (formerly Business Track), a ClientLine product,
is your online merchant portal for access to your merchant statements, chargeback history, deposit history, and more.
Note: Please have your merchant information ready as it will be required to complete registration and obtain your credentials
(Merchant ID number, EIN/SSN, banking information, etc.).
