Fortis/Payment Logistics PCI Compliance

This article discusses what customers need to do in order to complete the PCI compliance for their Fortis/Payment Logistics Merchant account.

You do NOT need anyone on-site to run any network scans. You simply need to fill out the online questionnaire. 


2. Login with your 12-15 digit merchant ID.
The Password is the last 5 digits of merchant ID and the two letters of their US State (as it would appear on a mailing address). Example password 89012NY

3. Follow the steps in the attachment for how to fill out the form. (A Power Point has been attached to this article)
