Fortis PCI Compliance Form

This article shows exactly what US-based Laundroworks customers need to do in order to complete the PCI compliance for their Fortis/Payment Logistics Merchant account.

You do NOT need anyone on-site to run any network scans. You simply need to fill out the online questionnaire.

Steps

It's very simple.

2. Login into the account
The Login is your 15-digit merchant ID. If you're looking at your statement, note you should omit the trailing 0.

The password is the last 5 digits of merchant ID and the two letters of US State (as it would appear on your business mailing address). Example password 89012NY

3. Follow the screen shots below for the selections you need to make.

In this next section ensure to select P2PE. Do NOT selected Terminal.

When you select product code Laundroworks, the P2PE section should get automatically filled out.
