Reader Display Blank

Problem


The reader display is powered (has a backlight) but shows no text. For example:


This is a faulty reader. It may have come from a defective production batch. There have been a number of readers affected in production batches with serial numbers 202109, 202112, and 202202. 

What to do

The board inside the reader will need to be replaced.

Email support@laundroworks.comInclude a photo of the back of the board as shown below, your Support ID, the washer/dryer model number, and  the address where you want the replacement reader board sent.
