Reader not reacting to cards
If you bring a laundry card to the reader and there's no response on the LCD display (the reader continues to say Place Card Above), try rebooting the reader by power cycling the laundry machine (remove power to the laundry machine for a few seconds and then plug the power back in).
You will also want to contact
Laundroworks support as there could be a remote firmware update available to fix this problem.
