Readers says In Bootloader

If the reader remains stuck with the message In Bootloader, and you've already tried power cycling the reader (unplugging power going to the machine for 2 seconds, then plugging power back in), this indicates some corruption with the flash memory. The board will need to be replaced. Contact your dealer or Laundroworks support.
