RFID Error

RFID Error

RFID error means that the reader is unable to communicate with the RFID/NFC circuit board on the card reader electronic assembly. Email support@laundroworks.com to report this issue. Include your Support ID and location information.

We would deploy newer firmware which in many situation fixes the problem. If this does not resolve the issue, the board in the reader would need to be replaced.
