Installation

  1. Before proceeding, you should assign numbers to each of the machines in the laundry room/building. It is highly recommended that you place number labels on each washer and dryer machine.

  2. Set the machine type and number using the DIP switch on the back of the reader board.

  3. Turn machine power OFF!

  4. Open the service door, pull-out the control board and coin drop assembly, detach the coin drop connector and and remove the coin drop

  5. Connect the 4-wire connector to header H7 on the control board:


  6. Connect the 2-wire connector the 24Vac power supply connector coming off the 24Vac transformer on the machine

  7. Mount the reader

  8. Set the dryer to Start Pulse Mode to ON, with a single pulse.
    Setting 65 should be set to 128 or 192, depending on whether you're doing full-cycle start or top-off model
