Reader says "Can't Join"

The reader shows "Joining Netwk" and "Can't Join" when booting.

This means that the reader is unable to communicate with the wireless network gateway inside the Value Add Center (in VAC01). 

NOTE: This is related to the Laundroworks wireless network ONLY. This has nothing to do with the laundry machine     

There could be a number of reasons for this:

1. VAC01 is not powered on

2. The 7-digit Location ID of the reader is different from the 7-digit location ID of the VAC. This can happen if the reader was activated with a different Activation card than the Value Add Center. Check the 7-digit location ID which is displayed briefly when the reader is booting and compare against the location ID of the Value Add Center (which would be shown on the Portal or on the VAC display when the VAC is booting)

3. There's a WNC Error on the VAC. Check the Portal.
